MNB Bank has recently been made aware of fraudulent phone calls where scammers are impersonating MNB Bank and our Fraud Center. These callers may claim there is an issue with your account or a suspicious transaction and may ask for your online banking credentials, passwords, or verification codes.
If you receive a call like this, hang up immediately.
Do not share your online banking username, password, or any security codes.
For your protection, please remember:
- MNB Bank will never ask for your online banking credentials or verification codes over the phone.
- If you’re ever unsure about a call, hang up and contact us directly using the phone number listed on our website or the back of your debit card.
- Stay vigilant — scammers can spoof caller IDs to make it appear as though the call is coming from MNB Bank.
